Duties / Responsibilities Job Duties Duty/Responsibility Assume responsibility for the management and development of faculty-led programs:
- Lead the development and management of faculty-led programs through curriculum integration.
- Oversee and coordinate the process of faculty-led program proposals.
- Lead efforts to assess and report on all faculty-led programs; lead the institutional program review process and initiate program improvements where needed.
- Manage and develop processes and policies and communicate with students, faculty and other stakeholders around faculty-led programs; address and work to resolve any issues pertaining to faculty-led programs.
- Coordinate and streamline application, registration and evaluation processes of faculty-led programs.
- Maintain a portfolio of faculty-led programs and serve as an advisor for students interested in faculty-led programs.
- Coordinate and organize programming focused on faculty-led programs.
- In collaboration with the Risk Management & Partnerships Coordinator, coordinate the MoU process.
- Conduct daily supervision of global education advisors responsible for faculty-led programs. Functional supervision of team members is done by the Director.
- Ensure compliance with UNH International Travel Policy and policies related to faculty-led programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for all faculty-led programs, including during emergencies; work closely with the Risk Management & Partnerships Coordinator; serve as member of crisis response team.
- In consultation with the Director, lead University Committee of Study Abroad meetings.
