The Assistant Director supports the success of Bickford's Home Care by assisting caregivers with their growth and development. The Assistant Director coaches, trains, and assists in various classroom and client situations. The Assistant Director elevates the privilege of caregiving within Bickford Home Care. Qualities of an Assistant Director
· Management and operational experience
· 3-5 years of caregiving experience and/or background in geriatrics preferred
· Kind, compassionate, trustworthy, competent, and enthusiastic
· Current Valid Driver's license with good driving record
· High school diploma
Core Job Duties
· Interviews and onboards all new Caregivers
· First shift introductions with new families and clients
· Client Care meetings and consultations
· Social media posts
· Develops training calendar and leads training classes
· Assist with scheduling and marketing
