NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director for the Breakthrough and Berkley Achievement Scholars Programs. The Assistant Director will oversee day-to-day operations and programming, focusing on college transition, academic success, life skills, leadership development, and professional growth, for students within the NYU Breakthrough and Berkley Achievement Scholars Programs. The selected candidate will design and deliver developmental learning experiences for program participants including scholar retreats, summer institute, seminars, workshops, professional programs, and social activities, and interact regularly with program participants conducting one-on-one advising and coaching sessions with students. Activities will take place on some evenings and weekends.
