Schedule: Full TimeWhat You'll DoWorks collaboratively with the Director to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate the clinical functions of the Behavioral Health units. Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate working jointly with administration, physicians, and staff; develop the departmental mission, vision, values, goals, long range plans, services, and capital and operational budgets, and approve policies and procedures.
RequirementsCurrent Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
