This leader will primarily focus on our retail operations across MSU s campus including Chick-fil-A, Einstein Bros. Bagels, We Proudly Serve Starbucks, and two Markets. Additionally, this leader will support front-of-house operations at Mesquite Dining Hall as well as any necessary needs for catering execution across campus.Requirement:2-3 years of proven food service operational experience. Proven success in managing direct labor as well as inventory and product cost standards. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities to support a workforce of over 150 associates.
