Job Description The Office of Graduate Programs at Siena College invites applications for the position of Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking to be part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be positive, outgoing, organized, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate will have demonstrated success in organizing and executing concurrent, complex projects in both an independent and team environment. Essential Duties: The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions is responsible for, but not limited to, the following functions: Inquiry cultivation Prospect management Event planning and execution Coordination of individual student visits Recruitment fairs and events Corporate partnership cultivation Application review Transfer credit evaluation Assisting with admission to enrollment conversion of graduate students for all graduate programs at Siena. Annual Salary: $60,500.00 The hiring salary above represents the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of recruiting practices, use of admissions programs (SLATE, Banner), and basic office tools Excellent written and oral presentation skills. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment. Some evening/weekend hours and travel are required. A background screening will be required.
