CURRENT OPENING:

* Full-time: 80 hours biweekly: 7:00AM-3:30PM

* Typically, Monday through Friday w/ occasional weekends

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping & Laundry is to maintain a high degree of cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere and to provide support and supervision to the Housekeeping, Floor Care, and Laundry teams of Woodcrest Villa and Trillium Place campuses. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVINGS' Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Supervisory experience required.Computer experience; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Three years of experience working in an institutional/hospitality setting with cleaning responsibilities preferred.Valid PA Drivers License with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Creates bi-weekly/monthly schedules for all team members reflecting PTO, weekends scheduled, days off, holidays, etc.; updates Weekend/Holiday rotation schedules. Will also update schedules for cleaning residents' apartments/villas/common areas.Completes monthly Housekeeping audits, randomly 2x per month for each team member. Monitors areas and reports findings to the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry at the end of each month.Schedules monthly meetings with staff. Prepares and distributes meeting minutes within 24 hours to team members after meetings were held.Interviews perspective employees and/or delegates the interviewing to the appropriate team member.Monitors financial results and payroll data.
