Job Description:
The Assistant Director of Human Resources assists in overseeing the daily activities and operations of human resources including recruitment and employment, performance management, training, risk assessment and management, leaves of absence, etc. This position participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned areas and programs. Must be familar with HR Operations & Compliance HR Policies & Procedures Employment Law HR Systems Open Enrollment Benefits Enrollment Full Cycle Recruiting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or human resources management Three years of management and administrative responsibility Strong business knowledge Understanding of Federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations relating to human resources management including labor laws Ability to gather, analyze data and situations and make appropriate decisions Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $78,000 - $88,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
