Candidate requirements

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of four years of managerial experience in healthcare settings, with at least two years in long-term care.
• Proven leadership success, ideally in roles such as Assistant Director of Nursing.
• Proficiency in PRI assessment and comprehensive understanding of the MDS process.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse healthcare teams, fostering growth and excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with strong organizational abilities.
• Extensive clinical knowledge and dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
