  • Assist in supervising and managing the nursing staff to maintain consistent, high-quality care.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and oversee the development and maintenance of nursing skills.

  • Monitor and address incidents within the facility, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.

Schedule:

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in the state of New York.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) preferred.
  • Proven experience in long-term care is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
