Join Our Team
The Assistant Director of People & Culture works closely alongside the Director of People and Culture and oversees the day-to-day running of the People & Culture function. This role should have Human Resource generalist knowledge and be versed in the areas of benefits, recruitment and retention strategies, wage and salary administration, labor and employee relations, learning and development, and local diversity initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or above, preferably with Four Seasons or another luxury Hospitality brand. Furthermore, has an understanding of California labor law, strong working knowledge of the Workday HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
