Job DescriptionWhat We're Looking ForThe Undergraduate Admissions Recruitment team is focused on providing a dedicated point of contact for non-traditional recruitment groups and unique student pipelines seeking a campus visit experience. The Assistant Director will understand the distinct needs and significance of these groups to the institution, ensuring that personalized, tailored support is offered throughout their recruitment journey. This position will function as a concierge service for these groups touring the University, offering assistance before, during, and after their visit to Baylor's campus. By enhancing the overall visit experience, this role contributes to creating a more impactful and memorable recruitment experience for prospective students. A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A master's degree and five years of relevant experience are preferred.Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one anotherA valid United States Driver License with a clear driving record of at least two years is required. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. What You Will Do
  • Serve as a concierge before, during, and after visits by non-traditional recruitment groups to the Baylor campus
  • Plan, organize, and execute visit experiences, including campus tours, information sessions, and special events tailored for these groups
  • Survey, evaluate, and analyze outcomes to optimize enrollment yield for incoming students.
  • Supervise a team of 20 student workers
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment of prospective students
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
