Sarah Lawrence College is seeking someone who is excited to support the launch of new innovative programs through leading the introduction of a new platform and helping project manage new offerings in a group that is transforming the College's business model: New Educational Ventures.

Essential Duties Summary

Job Responsibilities

Work with the Director of Strategic Implementation to support New Educational Ventures projects.

* Support teams with the launch of a new course creation and registration technology platform: Thinkific Plus Course

* Help develop and maintain program website pages

* Establish and manage platform integrations, as needed

* Participate in beta testing of the sites ahead of launch

* Update content and templates, as needed

* Support staff and instructors during the launch and as questions arise by email or phone, as needed

* Provide regular assessment of how systems are working for the needs of the College's new initiatives and make recommendations as necessary for adjustments or optimization

* Manage data reports from systems in a way that data is validated, trends are identified and readily available to key stakeholders

* Coordinate with Finance and Program offices on all financial reconciliation from systems

* Project Management & cross-functional implementation support

* Understand and prioritize customer requirements and priorities

* Lead team to implementation

* Effectively identify and escalate issues as necessary for timely resolution

* Track progress against deadlines

* Aid with change management

* Communicate progress, challenges and next steps to leadership

* Special Projects

* Assist in special projects as they arise (e.g., grant writing, research)

Required Qualifications

Requirements

* Undergraduate degree (BA)

* Experience in designing, programming and managing IT platforms, preferred

* Experience in content management with online learning platforms, preferred

* Project Management experience, preferred

* Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and perform in a broad range of environments including academic and business

* Experience building and managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

* Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management Software

Preferred Qualifications

Salary $65,000 - $75,000 Position Type Full Time
