Position Description: The Assistant Director overseeing retention and student success reports to the Associate Director of Advising and LifeMap and is part of a leadership team responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and assessment of programming that fosters academic success and retention for students who have fallen below satisfactory academic standing. The Assistant Director will provide leadership for Early Alert programming, including intrusive and holistic student support services and targeted interventions.
