* Bachelor's Degree required in a related area.
* 2-5 years relevant professional experience in student affairs, student leadership, campus life or related area.
* Experience managing student organizations, advising student leaders, or overseeing student programs.
* Experience in planning and executing campus events, workshops, and leadership development programs.
* Experience in student development and managing teams or advising student organizations.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with students, faculty, and staff.
* Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
* Ability to mentor marketing students and oversee social media, marketing, and other tools for student communication.
* Experience in managing budgets for student organizations, programs, and events.
* Provide comprehensive direction, advising, and mentoring of the Snow College Student Association Student Body Officers.
* Help lead and support leadership and job training to the SCSA team.
* Supervise the planning and execution or student activities and events.
* Attend and supervise Student Life events including day, night and weekend events.
* Oversee the social media and marketing for Student Life events and other initiatives.
* Mentor and advise the SCSA student marketing board.
* Oversee and manage campus clubs including the Club VP, Club board SBO's, club leadership, club budgets, club paperwork, training and support.
* Update and maintain the club handbook, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with best practices and risk management.
* Participate in professional development training retreats and conferences3-5 times per year.
* Develop and track strategic goals and student support outcomes in relation to your position and the Student Life Office.
* Work with the Director of Student Life and Assistant Director to set, support, and achieve department, and campus-wide retention goals.
* Some nights and weekends may be required during busy times.
