Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager primarily helps plan and manage all aspects of the assigned store's day-to-day operations, including selecting and managing personnel, establishing strong customer and vendor relations, overseeing inventory control, and generally supervising the daily ebb and flow of store-related matters. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's policies and procedures.
