- Assist in the coordination and planning of events from inception to completion.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Research and recommend venues, suppliers, and vendors for events.
- Create and maintain event timelines and schedules.
- Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Manage guest lists and RSVP tracking for events.
