In this role, you'll collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure top-notch property operations, including client services, financial management, facility maintenance, and supplier management. Build strong client relationships and help advance their corporate real estate goals.
Here is some of your day:
Relationship Management & Compliance
* Maintain client satisfaction with the delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
* Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures
* Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
* Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
* Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards
* Managing vendors
Team Management
* Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
Administrative Functions
* Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary.
* Support facility soft services as needed and directed such as meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging
* And any other duties and tasks assigned.
Who we are looking for:
Required
* A bachelor's degree
* 2+ years of experience with facilities/construction management, renovation project management, and knowledge of building operations and construction.
* Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems).
* Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
Preferred
* Experience with Corrigo
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Pay $30.77 - 44.61 hourly
Estimated total compensation for this position:
64,000.00 - 92,800.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
