Job DetailsJob Location Bridgeton - Bridgeton, MO Position Type Full Time Education Level Master's Salary Range $50,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage Negligible Job Shift Any Job Category Nonprofit - Social Services DescriptionFamily Resource Development Assistant Program Director, Full-Time MBCH Children and Family Ministries (MBCHCFM) is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Director for the Family Resource Development work that MBCHCFM conducts under the Foster Care Case Management Contract, as well as for other programs. This position is an opportunity to join a Christ-centered team working together to recruit, train and support resource providers (both foster parents and relative providers). The FRD Assistant Program Director is responsible for the successful implementation and management of the program in St. Louis and Southeast Missouri and is responsible for providing trauma-informed leadership. The Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership that focuses all employees on the mission of the organization and promotes the well-being and spiritual development of program staff.
  • Ensure that the principles of the agency trauma-informed model (TBRI - Trust-Based Relational Intervention) are utilized in work with clients and staff.
  • Supervise program staff as assigned providing encouragement, support, and accountability.
  • Oversee the FRD department ensuring outcomes are met.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • MSW or Master's Degree in related field
  • Prior successful experience managing people at the supervisory level preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in social services
  • Successful prior experience in program development preferred
  • Experience in effective writing and presentations skills
  • Successful completion of any initial and recurrent training and/or certification required of this position.
