Gpac is assisting an established Farming operation that is looking to hire someone for Farm Operations to join their team.

Farm Operations Responsibilities:

• Directly assist with the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
• Consistently communicate about farm activities and challenges
• Support innovation of farm practices
• Ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are being followed at all times
• Be ready and willing to operate any and all equipment necessary for farming operations

Farm Operations Qualifications:

• Experience in the agriculture industry
• Valid driver's license
• Good leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
