Students are welcome!Job responsibilities:- Prepares and consolidates financial statements- Establishing and maintaining internal controls- Assists with management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting within the organization- Assists with weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end analyses- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions- Provide support to other departments as needed on financial matters- Assist Financial Controller in the budgeting and forecasting process- Special projects for the CFO- Assists CFO in the preparation of the annual Medicare & Medicaid cost reports- Collaborate with AP, AR, and Payroll departments for all related transactions- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines governing financial operations in Home Health Care industry operationsPosition Qualifications:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Must have basic accounting knowledge (knowledge of financial statements, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Detail oriented and highly organized- Ability to multitask- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks- Working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets- Currently pursuing a bachelor/masters degree in accounting, business, or a related field- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to commute to the office- Bilingual is a plusWe offer:- Paid training- Medical- Dental- 401k- Paid time off- Commuter Benefit Program- Company snacks and team events- A positive, motivating work environment- Rewards Program- Full-time (Mon Fri)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
