Position Summary:
The Assistant General Counsel is responsible for working on a wide variety of matters, with a focus on Octagon's CLO platform. In addition to strong structuring, negotiating, contract interpretation and other core legal skills, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of CLOs, the investment management business, relevant regulatory framework, credit markets, and restructuring matters.
We are looking for a junior to mid-level attorney who is curious, eager to learn, excited to contribute and take initiative, and help add value to the team. The Assistant General Counsel will take on an integral role in helping to manage and contribute to Octagon's growth strategy.
