The Cyber Counsel position will provide legal support to Truist on matters related to cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy. In particular, the job will include advising the enterprise on cyber legal risk and requirements, providing legal support to business units responsible for cybersecurity, and negotiating favorable contract terms with third parties relating to cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy. This attorney will be a member of the Cybersecurity Legal Team within the Technology Group of the Legal Department and will work closely with Privacy Counsel and with various business units, including Corporate Cyber Security and Enterprise Privacy.
