Job Summary:This new legal executive will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel, and will work closely with him on a diverse array of corporate legal matters including but not limited to the full range of SEC public company reporting for an S&P 500 company, supporting Board meetings and related Board processes, working on corporate policies and processes, enhancing corporate governance, supporting capital markets, commercial bank lending arrangements and other corporate transactions (including potential M&A). In addition, the candidate would be willing to serve as a true generalist in the legal department to support negotiating, drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial transactions, employment, litigation, IP, privacy and other regulatory compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of legal experience with a depth of knowledge and experience as a corporate and securities attorney in a dynamic in-house legal department, ideally at a public company with high entrepreneurial spirit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:$220,000 - $257,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
