Job Description
The Assistant General Counsel reports to the Vice President Business Development and Chief Legal Officer and supports complex legal assignments for WNET and PMNJ. In addition, the Assistant General Counsel provides ongoing legal support for the strategic plan rollout providing legal advice to internal clients across the organization, including Finance, Development and Programming. The Assistant General Counsel also advises on mergers, consolidations and related transactions. Key responsibilities include:

The WNET Group offers competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment. Salary ranges are based on benchmarked nonprofit and industry related data provided by an outside consulting firm and are commensurate with skills and experience. The hiring salary range for this position is $195,000 - $210,000. Internal equity considerations will be reviewed before making a final offer.
