The General Counsel is seeking to hire an Assistant General Counsel who will primarily focus on commercial contracts and supply chain agreements. Ideally this individual will have experience already in a similar company and can work on such matters seamlessly from day one with a clear progression track within the team.

The client is looking for:

• 5-12 years legal experience, in-house experience preferred
• Experience in commercial contracts, vendor agreements, supply chain agreements is essential.
• Experience in a similar company is preferable.
• Experience in Big Law prior to in-house is preferable.
• JD from nationally accredited law school.
