Hours Per Week: 40 Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager for the 105 room Four Points Hotel & 54 Room Ocean Park Inn in Eastham, Ma Cape Cod. The Assistant Manager will be responsible working with the GM of the property and managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. What will I be doing? As the Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the hotel. Managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for Assisting the General Manager in Monitoring and developing team member performance of the Frond Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance departments for both properties.
