We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.Job Description: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a particular focus on our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
  • Lead and manage the food and beverage team to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a strong emphasis on food and beverage operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
