We are now looking for an Assistant General Manager who wants to turn customer service into a customer EXPERIENCE for travelers inside our amazing locations inside the Baltimore Washington International Airport . This position will be responsible for ensuring front of house and sales responsibilities for an assigned group of stores are managed effectively.

Job Requirements
* 5+ years of Retail Management Experience; multi-unit preferred
* Large volume retail logo/sundries/airport store experience a plus
* The ability to talk to strangers from all over the world
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple task/projects
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, Outlook)
* Must have a satisfactory Airport Badging Process
