Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing the guest experience through attentive service and effective problem resolution.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate efficient service, ensuring timely food and drink delivery and seamless table turnover.
Monitor inventory and supply levels, working closely with the back-of-house team to maintain readiness for service and special events.
Implement effective seating, shift, and floor management strategies to optimize table turns and improve the overall dining flow.
Analyze daily revenue and operations reports to identify improvement areas and coordinate with upper management on staff scheduling and adjustments.
Close shifts efficiently, ensuring all closing tasks, reconciliations, and end-of-day reports are completed accurately and ready for the next day.
