Arcis Golf is committed to enhancing service levels, amenities, and programming to broaden the appeal for members and guests at all its properties.Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • The Assistant General Manager works collaboratively with the General Manager and Department Head Managers in running the operations of the club. This role is responsible for building event programing, maintaining established operational standards, monitoring financial forecasting and results, and effectively leading the team to produce the best result for the club.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing a high-caliber experience and have an established track record of success in a leadership role overseeing golf, retail, and food & beverage.
  • Create and manage new systems, processes and services that create an exceptional guest experience and club results.
  • Ensure the proper controls are in place to accurately track revenues, payroll, inventory and expenses.
  • Assists in monitoring budget, revenue goals & expenses as well as working alongside department heads for accurate forecasts.
  • Develops department managers and key employees to reach maximum performance and achieve all initiatives and goals.
  • Shift management including nights and weekends to ensure staff members are providing excellent guest service.
Qualifications:
  • Four years hospitality, customer service and management experience preferred
  • Ability to develop team members
  • Effective communication and listening skills to meet and exceed our member & guests expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to create & manage SOP's for all department.
