The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for excellence and a proven track record of success in managing a team.Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the business- Oversee Health Center Dining Rooms- Manage and oversee Catering- Ensure that all employees are providing exceptional customer service- Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed properly- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operationsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and team management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
