Job Description:

Role Summary:

Responsible for daily restaurant operations and actively ensuring a superior guest experience through excellent service. Supports the General Manager and entire team by organizing, planning and directing activities in all aspects of dining room service and front of house.

Role Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Create and maintains a clean, organized and efficient work space
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Leader to analyze business, recommending and putting into practice improvements to contain/reduce costs and increase sales
  • Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling
  • Uphold all company Policy and Procedure

People & Development

  • Build a positive work environment. Train and cultivate talent. Promote from within. Assist the General Manager in hiring, training, developing and evaluating employees
  • Lead by example, communicating clearly every step of the way.
  • Educate your team, using daily line-ups, staff training programs, employee discussions and evaluations and more.

Guest Experience

  • Interact with guests to add to their experience as well as obtain feedback. Effectively respond to and handle guest issues and complaints
  • Acts as a brand ambassador by leading and developing community relations
Role Qualifications:
  • One or more years of restaurant experience in a leadership role
  • Comfortable, efficient and charismatic on the floor. Naturally curious about others.
  • Excellent training capabilities. Dedicated to the growth and success of your team.
  • A clear communicator and balanced decision maker
  • Organized, hardworking, detail oriented and hands on
  • Responsible and honest

Pay Range: USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr. EEO Statement:
