North Eastern Services (NES) is looking for a Assistant House Manager to work at our Orem Office location. It will be your responsibility to follow an individualized life-skills curriculum for our individuals as they progress towards independent living. As a Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, Supervising, and Participating in activities with the individuals at home or in the community.
- Coaching, Mentoring, and Supporting Individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Assist Individuals in maintaining a clean and orderly personal appearance and residence.
- Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure health, safety, and well-being.
- Administer medications to individuals according to the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
- Complete all daily documentation in a timely manner.
- Assist individuals with meal planning and preparation.
- Driving individuals to/from appointments
- Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training
- ensure the individuals medical and financial needs are met.
- Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form
- Ability to prioritize work
- Conduct house meeting and attend manager meetings
