Requirements:

* Black Seal Boiler Operator's License preferred

* Valid Driver's License required

* Perform maintenance duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, light, electrical, etc.

* Previous school experience preferred

* Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.

* Pre-employment physical will be required

* Criminal History Background Check will be required
