Additionally, you'll support cost control, data reporting, and compliance while encouraging team engagement and recognizing outstanding performance to maintain high morale.What we are looking forExperience leading a team as a large volume Assistant Manager or Store Manager required. Well-rounded experience including people leadership, talent sourcing, stock operations, clientelling, visual merchandising and general customer service experience is desired, in a premium retail environment would be beneficial. Your personality and enthusiasm, combined with your experience will make you a person who is fun to work with, taking pride in appearance, and always with a driven, can-do attitude.
