Job Description:
Mascoma Bank is currently searching for an Assistant Manager to join our Customer Care Center team. The Customer Care Center Representatives are Mascoma Bank's telephone ambassadors who work to resolve customer calls in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner. The person in this role will help ensure that customer needs are being met and that members of the team understand their daily tasks and responsibilities. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Customer Care Center Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for the customers and employees, while consistently monitoring quality, efficiency, and compliance of the functions within the CCC area.Requirements for this position include 1-3 years of management experience and 1-3 years of call center experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to view issues from a customer perspective. The ability to maintain composure in fast paced environments is a must. Prior banking experience preferred. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must!This position can be performed on-site in our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT or at our branch location in Charlestown, NH.The communities served by Mascoma Bank consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
