Position Overview: The position of Assistant Manager, Operations, Media and Digital Marketing will play an important role in the day to day functions across our Paid Media and Digital Marketing Teams. The role will partner closely with many cross functional teams including Brand Marketers, Insights Analytics, Commercial/Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable as well as our Agency Partners and will support work on ALL brands at Revlon. This role reports to the Director, Media with a dotted line into the Sr. Director Digital Marketing. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Operations:

  • Leverage Martech platforms to support e-commerce content management (Salsify, Syndigo, Amazon Ads, Vendor Central, Social Commerce, etc.)
  • Support in PDP content audits to ensure compliance with the PIM
  • Manage expired content trackers and the removal of expired assets from Martech platforms
  • Help drive reporting of digital performance metrics (i.e. Profitero)
  • Support NPD process by working with brand marketing teams to obtain key information for eRetail item set up
  • Assist in the organization of new product launch trackers to ensure timely distribution of deliverables.
  • Help conduct research and provide insight on white space for the brands
  • Track digital exposure and product reviews to identify trends and opportunities
Media Operations:
  • Internal point person for all media invoicing, PO creation, media billing and payments, reconciliation
  • Ongoing media budget management and collaboration with our Finance/Operation counterparts
  • Maintain pulse on marketplace and cultural trends and provide actionable insights and direction, drive thought leadership beyond the day to day.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience within media and/or integrated marketing, agency or brand
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple (overlapping) workstreams and hard-working teams in a fast-paced environment.

#LI-PD1 The base pay range for this position in New York City is $70,000 - 90,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy.Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc.Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan. Employees are also enrolled in our company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled).
