**Description**

The Assistant Manager, Digital Content is a key part of the marketing and owned channels team as it supports managing all content channel and calendar needs for Revlons global social and digital accounts by providing direct support to the Sr. Manager, Social Engagement. The Assistant Manager, Digital Content is responsible for improving customer consumption across digital channels; planning and implementing concepting and content presentations, maintaining social calendars across platforms, executing social content rollout and channel management, overseeing account profiles, monitoring competitor activity with best practice executions, helping all communications alignment across channels, creating plans for growing market share and communicating channel activities globally to align with regions.

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social content calendars and concept/campaign rollout across platforms

* Owns publishing and scheduling of content across brand owned social channels

* Supports the Content team with Revlon IMC to plan & manage content across channels to ensure operational needs are met across the Revlon Masterbrand for all global markets and social channels

* Partners with Manager to support driving the global content strategy to address content needs for prioritization & production (.com, ecommerce, eRetail, in-store, paid media, social, PR, influencer )

* Works closely with influencer and PR team to coordinate briefing and align campaigns and calendars across internal and external content creation

* Owns content calendar creation, planning and organization across all social accounts, both for short term and long-term planning across 360 marketing

* Supports manager in overseeing the content plans & calendars to track status of content production against deadlines

* Partners with producers & project management internal agency team to ensure timelines are met for content as well as working with external agencies as main point of contact when necessary

* Supports management of content organization communicating with markets & stakeholders

* Leads in collecting and distributing platform best practices and updates; Drives innovation in being first to market with new platforms and functionalities

* Works closely with Community Managers to identify and act on real-time trends and/or audience opportunities. Works with to rapidly create content in tune with our audience

* Tracks, analyzes and shares competitive content & content trends to propose/inform future content creation within the Revlon Masterbrand

* Collaborates with community management team to source and schedule user generated content (UGC) to support overarching calendar requirements

**Skills, Knowledge & Education:**

* Bachelors Degree preferably in marketing, communication, or journalism

* 2-3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or advertising agency or production agency

* Experience with content planning, production, planning is preferred

* Experience across traditional & digital content channels (print tv, in-store, retail.com, social, influencer ) is a plus
