POSITION SUMMARY: Responsiblefor managing the day-to-day operation of Parking and Ground Transportation. Tomaintain the safe, efficient, and orderly movement of commercial groundtransportation operations, public parking, and employee parking at OrlandoInternational Airport (OIA). Provide interpretation and enforcement guidance ofParking Operations revenue collection procedures and the administration of Noticesof Violation (NOVs) to commercial ground transportation operators. Verify andmaintain contractor compliance of operational obligations as contractuallyrequired. Assist the Manager, Airport Operations in the budgetary, andoperational issues for the Parking and Ground Transportation division andpropose amendments to the Ground Transportation Rules & Regulations (GTR&R)for presentation to the Ground Transportation Committee. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Airport/Airline Operations or related fieldand four (4) years experience in airport/airline operations, or an equivalentcombination of education, training, and experience. Supervisor experiencerequired; Ground Transportation and/or Parking Operations experience preferred.
- Must have demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint required. Oracle, lease management system, revenue control system, preferred.
- Must have demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service, ability to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize and management multiple projects.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
