The Opportunity:Avantor, a Global Fortune 500 company is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager Inventory to optimize our Biopharma Production organization. This Devens, MA role is full-time, on-site. If you have inventory/ warehouse supervisory experience lets talk! Minimum Education Requirement:Associates degree. Required Experience (2 yrs.):Overseeing an inventory control/kitting team. Supervising multi- shift Inventory Control Supervisors Supervising Material Handling Leads and associates. Ensuring that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees. Reviewing and evaluation of employee performance. Ensuring that the warehouse department adheres to site safety procedures. Conducting periodic safety walks and trainings and near miss investigations Ensuring that the warehouse is maintaining quality. Advising Supervisors and Leads on resource allocations.
