Description Job Summary: To deliver a great customer experience while being a leader with excellent people skills and wide knowledge and experience helping the store manager to run the store smoothly by taking on some managerial tasks, such as overseeing employees. Job Functions: Performance of the essential functions of this position requires the team members to possess the minimum qualifications listed above. These functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Reports to the store manager.
- Provide leadership to staff, Store Managers and Department heads including setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the store manager.
- Maintain the highest level of store sanitation, health, and safety.
- Maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity.
- Greet all customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service and assistance.
- Promote for sale any current charitable promotions to the customers.
- Performance all duties in accordance with Company rules, policies, safety requirements, and security standards and all Local, State and Federal health and civil code regulations.
- Perform duties in accordance with the Companys program and adhere to the manufacturers label instructions for the safe and proper use of all chemical products.
- Perform duties in accordance with hand washing standards and use disposable gloves when handling food.
- Monitor the work of the employees.
- Supervise the schedule of the employees.
Salary 15.00 - 16.00 Hour
