Fulltime position 36-40 hours per week

DUTIES:
* Assist Store Manager or Manager-in-Charge with specific duties as well as all other functions associated with operating a store.
* Daily store operations include sorting donations, pricing and displaying products, maintaining sales records, and processing clothing requisitions.
* Supervise employees.
* Ensure quality control standards.
* Complete required training with employees.
* Fill Propane tanks for customers
REQUIREMENTS:
* Valid Ohio driver's license and be able to meet driving standards.
* Employer conducts pre-employment drug screen, credit and background check.
* Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
* Learn to refill Propane tanks for customers.
