You will oversee daily operations, ensuring our facility runs smoothly while managing a diverse array of community programs, events, and activities. Bachelor's degree in Recreation or Leisure Services, Social Work, Gerontology or related field depending on assigned area; two (2) years related work experience in program and facility management working with the public, working with the frail elderly or special populations, groups, and organizations including one (1) year of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
