RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experienceResponding and resolving customer's requests and concernsAssisting customers with purchases and fuel transactionsOperating cash registerEnsure fuel and merchandise is available for customersMaintaining a clean and safe environmentSupporting the Store Manager in all store operationsHelping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectivesAssisting Store Manager to complete daily/monthly paperwork, resolve problems, review daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts and equipment maintenance and training new employeesPerforming job related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18+ Years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and AlabamaExcellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a happy attitude are essentialCash Handling SkillsMust be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reachingMust be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
