About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and creative individual to join Orveon Global as the Assistant Manager of Global Social Media Temp. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager of Global Social Content & Strategy in the development and execution of our social strategies for Laura Mercier, bareMinerals and Buxom Cosmetics across key social media platforms. You'll leverage data, trends, and creative intuition to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and foster community. The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen eye for content, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

* Platform Management: Calendarization and posting of social content across key platforms, including: TikTok, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Broadcast, Pinterest, etc.

* Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction

* Content Creation: Create agile social-first content, focusing on trend and quick-to-market opportunities; attend creative shoots to capture content; Instagram Story concepting and design

* Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media metrics and data to inform strategy and optimize performance

* Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, best practices, and competitive landscape in social media marketing; regularly present opportunities / ideas to the broader team

* Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with overall business goals, including social commerce

* Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns for innovation launches and always on products; attend and participate in cross-functional brainstorms

* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., paid media, influencers, CRM, eCommerce, PR, creative, education) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding

* Administrative Support: Manage and submit invoices for social media projects

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

* 2-3 years of experience in social media management

* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

* Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple projects at once

* Creative mindset with a keen understanding of storytelling and digital content

* Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation

* Experience and/or passion for beauty industry

* Experience with CapCut and DashHudson is preferred

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $35-40 per hour.
