Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Intake team. This role is HYBRID and requires the ability to work in office 3 days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.Department & Position Overview: The Assistant Manager, Intake will lead the charge in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and caregivers. This role will partner with the Intake Manager and Team Leads on daily Intake team operations. Everyday You Will:
  • Manage the performance of Intake Team Leads and their teams through active motivation, assessing performance, consistent communication, and effective feedback
  • Create a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional customer service through training and development
  • Support Intake teams by standing in for Team Leads when they are out of the office to ensure team members feel supported
  • Create, manage and monitor workflows and metrics to ensure that the team is meeting departmental and company goals in sales and service
  • Cascade business goals to build awareness, ensure alignment and understanding throughout the Intake teams
  • Continually drive process improvements to positively impact business metrics and increase conversion rates
  • Manage projects that will increase the quality of services FreedomCare provides for its patients and caregivers
  • Partners with the team in the hiring, selection and onboarding/training process for new employees
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience with a history of effectively managing people leaders
  • Experience successfully motivating a team to meet and/or exceed targets or metrics
  • Experience managing a remote team with empathy and a focus on engagement, managing expectations and outcomes
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, adapt and remain flexible during times of change
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an urgent manner
  • Relationship builder with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong technical skills with ability to quickly learn new software and leverage tech to resolve issues
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Experience in health care
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Medflyt

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications. Salary Range $65,000-$80,000 USD
