Our goal is to make it easy for customers to purchase by having fun while selling the industry's best products. This role drives the company's key performance metrics by delivering a remarkable experience to each and every customer through the associates they manage.Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing the parts department operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Process orders, receive shipments, and manage returns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests promptly..
  • Help train and mentor parts staff on best practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a parts department or automotive service environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
