Position Summary

Be part of a growing, fast-paced, dynamic marketing team! This role will be instrumental in granular understanding of performance in go-to-market tactics and uncovering insights to drive marketing excellence in execution. Responsible to help in developing concise performance summaries, conducting comprehensive analyses, and in creating and standardizing key business reporting to be leveraged with senior leadership, monthly business reviews, and to unlock ways to optimize investments. Responsible for understanding shopper and customer data and drawing insights which compelling brand actions to capture new customers and drive customer loyalty.

Success in this role is driven by individual who is collaborative and customer focused; someone excited about analyzing data, visualizing business performance and KPIs, and ability to translate insight into clear summaries and helping to drive new marketing tactics to optimize go to market plans.

Reporting & Analysis

Help prepare analysis to support monthly business reviews, strategy and business progress throughout fiscal, for marketing presentations

Help provide accurate and timely reporting of retail sales by market and key products/franchises on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis collaborating with commercial account lead, trade marketing, and brand marketing. Analyze and communicate with Senior Management and clearly identify risks and opportunities.

Create, maintain, and expand dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

Perform standardized, deep dives, and ad hoc analyses; extract, summarize and help present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform marketing decisions and optimize brand performance

Proactively identify problems and opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis and help support the marketing teams in developing strategic solutions

Leverage reporting tools to create robust dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI (and any others), and provide input to be shared regarding corporate reporting tools

Help package and present insights to the team through with performance forums and workshops to facilitate learning into action

Understand customer data, shopper journeys, and loyalty levers, in partnership with the customer strategy team and Global consumer insights team, to help inform key communications, cadence of messaging, optimize store design and increase productivity

**Qualifications**

- Position requires 4+ years related experience in marketing, analytics, insights

- Highly analytical, capable of compiling, understanding, and analyzing complex datasets to glean insights and opportunities

- Ability to analyze and manipulate large amount of data

- Ability to connect the dots across data and other insights

- Working knowledge/ability to easily learn data platforms, such as Tableau, SAS and PowerBI

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Motivated, curious, and ability to work independently

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as experience reporting on Marketing Performance

- Finance acumen a strong plus

- Minimum Education level: College degree or equivalent years of experience
