About the roleThe Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing will be responsible for the end-to-end tactical execution, strategy support and analysis of Paid Media channels. This is a fast pace hands-on role requiring a strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. It is key that the ideal candidate for this role have the ability to foster and manage cross-functional and vendor relationships.
The impact you can have
- Help to execute and optimize all Search, Affiliate, Display and Paid Social efforts
- Execute on strategic plans to drive efficiencies in spend between programs, while reaching overall business goals for new, reactivated and retained clients
- Contribute to a test and learn team environment and focus on new creative strategies to engage the client both online and offline through digital marketing channels
- Produce daily & weekly channel reports with insights to be shared with leadership.
- Keen understanding of ad formats, audience segmentation and other executional best practices
- Collaborate with agencies and other partners, i.e., Ovative, Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok to manage digital campaigns
- Collaborate with CRM teams to have a deep understanding of the client and their behavior
- Partner with Brand Marketing on campaign launches and Paid Media support
- Collaborate with Social Media team to execute influencer and paid social strategies
- Collaborate with Credit Marketing team to improve overall experience and knowledge of the program and perks through digital marketing channels
- Gain understanding of various attribution methods (i.e. media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, last click & platform reporting sources), connecting the performance to client engagement.
You'll bring to the role
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of financial measurements
- Experience using a major analytics platform highly desired (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and responsive; able to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Results Oriented - strives to hit metric-driven goals and searches for the right solutions for both the client and the company
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gain alignment and problem solve collaboratively to achieve goals
- Experience partnering with key vendors and briefing projects
- BS in Marketing, Business, or related major

- The target hourly range for this role is: $24.04-26.44/hr* (50,000-55,000 equivalent)

This position works in a hybrid model, with 1 days per week worked in the New York City location and 4 days per week worked remotely.
